The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is responsible for ensuring an easy, efficient, friendly and superior onboarding and growth experience for all Pups4Fun existing and potential clients.

The CSS ensures accuracy of bookings, provides advice on services and represents the Pups4Fun brand, setting both dogs and clients up for success.

The CSS maintains relationships with all stakeholders and brings innovation and forward thinking to our customer experience.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of our company, interacting with dog owners, customers, and staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

-Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

-Schedule appointments for all services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

-Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing, and policies to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.

-Assist in managing customer accounts, updating records, and processing payments using various systems and apps.

-Collaborate closely with the dog daycare, grooming, and training teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services.

-Assist with administrative tasks and operational tasks

-Shifts will be 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in customer service;
- Ability to use Google Calendar, Microsoft suite and learn new systems quickly;
- Proven written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in administrative or client services role;
- Knowledge or strong interest in learning about dog grooming/behaviour (desirable);
- Experience with social media platforms (desirable).
